摘 要:为研究红砂岩卵石地层盾构穿越在建暗挖隧道时引起的地层及结构变形规律,以兰州地铁2号线公交五公司出入线段地铁施工为背景,考虑了注浆硬化过程及盾构曲线穿越影响,建立盾构曲线穿越暗挖隧道三维数值模型,分析了暗挖隧道在未修建、已完工、半施工及已加固4种工况下盾构施工引起的地层及衬砌结构受力与变形规律,并对在建暗挖隧道WSS全断面注浆加固方案进行了验证。计算分析表明,对于已完工隧道,盾构施工对开挖断面前方6m、后方12m范围产生影响,且在拱腰与仰拱交叉处水平位移较明显;对于半施工隧道,盾构施工造成的地层损失体积最大且拱腰处水平位移明显;对于已加固隧道,加固措施有效缓解了盾构施工对在建隧道的影响,即验证了拟定加固方案的可行性;而当两隧道间距>8m后,对暗挖支护结构已基本无影响。In order to study the deformation law of the stratum and structure caused by shield tunneling in red sandstone pebble stratum through the bored tunnel under construction,the subway construction in the entrance and exit section of Bus No.5 Company of Lanzhou subway line 2 is taken as the background,this paper considers the grouting and shield curve through the influence of hardening process,establishes shield curve through three-dimensional numerical model in concealed excavation of tunnels;the stress and deformation laws of the stratum and lining structure caused by shield construction under the four working conditions of the tunnel under construction,completed,semi-construction and reinforced are analyzed,and the WSS full-face grouting reinforcement scheme of the tunnel under construction is verified.The calculation analysis results show that for the completed tunnel,the shield construction has an influence on the range of 6m in front and 12m in back of the excavation section,and the horizontal displacement is more obvious at the intersection of the arch waist and the invert.For the semi-constructed tunnel,the volume of formation loss caused by shield construction is the largest and the horizontal displacement at the waist of the arch is obvious.For the reinforced tunnel,the reinforcement measures can effectively alleviate the impact of shield construction on the tunnel under construction,which verifies the feasibility of the proposed reinforcement plan.However,when the distance between the two tunnels is more than 8m,there is basically no influence on the support structure of the bored tunnel.
