摘 要:为解决弹道导弹突防阶段电子防御能力影响因素复杂、不确定性强、评估难的特点,提出了一种基于改进Vague集的弹道导弹突防阶段电子防御效能评估方法。首先,依据弹道导弹突防阶段面临电子对抗威胁主要特点建立效能评估指标体系;其次,在传统Vague集中引入集值迭代法、熵值法相结合的混合赋权方法,建立弹道导弹突防阶段效能评估模型;最后,通过样本数据进行算例分析。分析结果表明,该模型具有合理性与可行性,在效能的综合评价上更加客观、准确。In order to solve the problem of complex influencing factors,strong uncertainty and difficult evaluation of electronic defense capability in ballistic missile penetration phase,an evaluation method of electronic defense capability in ballistic missile penetration phase based on improved Vague set is proposed.Firstly,the effectiveness evaluation index system is established according to the main characteristics of ballistic missile facing electronic countermeasures threat in penetration phase.Secondly,a hybrid weighting method combining set-valued iteration method and entropy method is introduced into the traditional Vague set to establish the effectiveness evaluation model of ballistic missile penetration phase.Finally,the sample data is used for example analysis.The analysis result shows that the model is reasonable and feasible,and it is more objective and accurate in the comprehensive evaluation of effectiveness.
