摘　　要：目的探讨余氏蛇药救治眼镜蛇咬伤规范化治疗的应用效果。方法选取本院2017年1月-2019年12月共200例被眼镜蛇咬伤的患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各100例,对照组给予进行常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗基础上加用余氏蛇药治疗。结果两组在肢体肿胀、平均住院天数、溃疡组织愈合临床疗效及治疗前后炎症指标进行比较,与对照组相比,采用余氏蛇药的实验组患者在经过治疗后肢体肿胀、疼痛积分结果显著下降,患肢肿胀、疼痛消失时间,以及平均治疗时间显著缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论余氏蛇药的规范化应用挽救了无数患者的生命,其不仅有效地降低了致残率,而且还大大缩短了患者的住院天数,对患者的生活质量也起到了极大的改善作用。Objective To explore the application effect of Yu’s snake medicine in the standardized treatment of cobra bite.Methods 200 patients bitten by cobra in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Yu’s snake medicine on the basis of routine treatment.Results The two groups were compared in limb swelling,average length of hospital stay,clinical efficacy of ulcer tissue healing and inflammatory indexes before and after treatment.Compared with the control group,the score of limb swelling and pain in the experimental group treated with Yu’s snake medicine decreased significantly,and the swelling and pain disappearance time of affected limbs and the average treatment time were significantly shortened,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized application of Yu’s snake medicine saved the lives of countless patients.It not only effectively reduced the disability rate,but also greatly shortened the length of hospital stay,and also greatly improved the quality of life of patients.
