中药调剂质量对用药疗效和安全性的影响分析

摘　　要：目的中药调剂质量对用药疗效和安全性的影响分析。方法在2020年8月-2021年8月选取到院进行治疗的患者共300例,随机分组,分别提供常规用药(对照组)、中药房调剂质量管理(观察组)。观察组具体方法如下:建立为中药房调剂质量管理小组,且建立健全管理制度:全组人员的职责在于对中药房调剂质量管理建立相关制度,并强化药剂师岗前培训,主要对其专业知识及职业道德实施培训,使其了解和熟悉调配制度,在工作细节基础上制定规则。加强调剂质量管理:改进处方程序审查实施;在检查处方时,及时与医生沟通熟悉用药规律;规范处方;加强中药饮片质量评估:在使用药品之前,药品需要通过主管药师核对后实施签字包装,在包装上注明患者姓名、使用方法、煎药方法、用药过程中的注意事项等信息。每组150例。对比分析临床效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组疗效偏高,不良反应时间发生率偏低,整体素质及能力偏高(P<0.05)。结论对我院实施中药调剂质量管理能够增加用药效果及安全性。Objective To analyze the influence of the quality of traditional Chinese medicine on the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 300 patients were selected for treatment in the hospital from August 2020 to August 2021,randomly grouped,and provided with conventional medication(control group)and traditional Chinese pharmacy prescription quality management(observation group).The specific methods of the observation group are as follows:First,establish a dispensing quality management team for the Chinese pharmacy,and establish and improve the management system:The responsibility of the entire team is to establish relevant systems for the quality management of Chinese pharmacies,and strengthen the pre-job training of pharmacists,mainly to implement training on their professional knowledge and professional ethics.They understand and are familiar with the deployment system,and formulate rules on the basis of work details.Emphasize drug quality management:Improve the review and implementation of prescription procedures.When checking prescriptions,communicate with doctors in a timely manner to familiarize themselves with medication rules.Standardize prescriptions.Strengthen the quality evaluation of Chinese medicine decoction pieces:Before using the medicine,the medicine needs to be signed and packaged after verification by the competent pharmacist,and the patient’s name,usage method,decoction method,and precautions during medication should be indicated on the package.One hundred and fifty cases in each group.Comparative analysis of clinical effects.Results Compared with the control group,the curative effect of the observation group was higher,the incidence of adverse reaction time was lower,and the overall quality and ability were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of quality management of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing in our hospital can increase the drug effect and safety.
