艾灸联合局部按摩在老年卧床压疮患者临床中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的对老年卧床压疮患者应用艾灸联合局部按摩的预防效果进行研讨。方法本实验选取的30例老年卧床患者均是我院2020年2月-2021年2月期间收治的,以入院先后顺序将其分成讨论组(n=15)行艾灸联合局部按摩方案预防压疮和参照组(n=15)行传统常规方案预防压疮,对两组患者的临床各指标观察比较。结果相比参照组,讨论组患者的压疮面积更小,诺顿评分及生活质量评分各指标均明显更高,指标差异显著(P<0.05);本实验讨论组和参照组患者的临床治疗总有效率分别93.33%和53.33%,数据差异有统计学价值(P<0.05),讨论组患者疗效及预后均更优。结论将艾灸联合局部按摩配合用于老年卧床压疮患者临床治疗中,能够有效控制压疮面积,达到预期临床疗效及预后质量,应用价值突出。Objective To discuss the preventive effect of moxibustion and local massage in elderly patients with bedridden pressure sores.Methods All 30 elderly patients in bed selected in this experiment were admitted from February 2020 to February 2021 in our hospital,which were divided into discussion groups(n=15)and traditional routine protocol of reference group(n=15),and the clinical indicators of the two groups were observed.Results The pressure ulcers in the discussion group were significantly higher and different(P<0.05),the discussion group had 93.33%and 53.33%,respectively,statistical difference(P<0.05),and better efficacy and outcome.Conclusion Combining moxibustion and local massage for the clinical treatment of elderly patients can effectively control the pressure ulcer area,achieve the expected clinical efficacy and prognostic quality,and have outstanding application value.
