综合护理干预对干眼症患者的社会心理状况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨干眼症患者应用综合护理干预对社会心理状况的影响效果。方法选择我院2019年5月-2021年5月收治90例干眼症患者作为研究对象,按照简单随机数字法随机分为对照组和观察组各45例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理干预。比较两组干预前后社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、焦虑评分、抑郁评分,以及护理满意率。结果干预前两组SSRS评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分无显著差异(P>0.05),干预后观察组SSRS评分高于对照组,而焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于对照组,组间差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论干眼症应用综合护理干预可改善患者的社会状况、心理状况,促使患者对护理更满意,值得临床上推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on social and psychological status of patients with dry eye.Methods 90 patients with dry eye treated in our hospital from May 2019 to may 2021 were selected as the research object.According to the simple random number method,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The social support rating scale(SSRs),anxiety score,depression score and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in SSRs score,anxiety score and depression score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the SSRs score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,but the anxiety score and depression score were lower than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in dry eye can improve the social and psychological status of patients,and promote patients to be more satisfied with nursing.It is worthy of clinical application.
