摘  要:以跑马山2号隧道在断层施工中发生的大型突泥为工程依托,对隧道施工中的突泥体进行水平袖阀管束辅助注浆预加固关键技术进行研究。研究表明,活动断层作用导致隧道围岩具有显著的多变性、不均匀性,断层中泥化砂层围岩遇水发生软化现象,围岩砂化和流变特征明显。隧道突泥灾害的发生与断层中的层状裂隙水连通和围岩遇水持续软化密切相关。结合处治及实际开挖情况,采用水平袖阀管束辅助高压前进式帷幕注浆加固置换淤积体,取得了较好的效果。Based on the large⁃scale mud inrush that occurred in the fault construction of the Paoma Mount Tunnel 2,this paper studies the key technology of horizontal sleeve valve tube bundle assisted grouting pre⁃reinforcement for the mud inrush during the tunnel construction.The research shows that the surrounding rock of the tunnel has significant variability and heterogeneity due to the action of active faults.The surrounding rock of the argillaceous sand layer in the fault softens when encountering water and the surrounding rock has obvious sanding and rheological characteristics.The occurrence of tunnel mud inrush disaster is closely related to the connection of layered fissure water in the fault and the continuous softening of surrounding rock when encountering water.In combination with the treatment and actual excavation,the horizontal sleeve valve tube bundle assisted high⁃pressure forward curtain grouting is used to strengthen and replace the silted body,and good effect was obtained.
