摘 要:可更换钢连梁是实现建筑震后功能快速恢复的重要方法,但是现有的设计没有考虑结构震后变形导致非消能梁段间轴向长度缩短的问题。针对这种不足,设计了一种轴向长度可调节的新型可更换钢连梁,可以通过调节连梁的轴向长度确保连梁能够顺利拆卸与更换安装。对这种新型可更换钢连梁进行了精细化有限元模拟,分析了其在静力作用下的力学性能,掌握了新型钢连梁的刚度、承载力等关键力学指标,并以连梁与中间连接件连接长度、中间连接件截面特性为参数,对其进行参数影响分析,得到了各参数对其力学性能的影响规律,给出了相应的设计建议。Replaceable steel coupling beam is an important method to realize the rapid recovery of building function after earthquake,but the existing design does not consider the problem of shortening the axial length between non⁃energy dissipation beams caused by structural deformation after earthquake.In view of this deficiency,a new type of replaceable steel coupling beam with adjustable axial length is designed,which can ensure the smooth disassembly and replacement of the coupling beam by adjusting the axial length of the coupling beam.The refined finite element simulation of this new type of replaceable steel coupling beam was carried out,and its mechanical properties under static action were analyzed.The key mechanical indexes such as stiffness and bearing capacity of the new type of steel coupling beam were mastered.Taking the connection length between the coupling beam and the intermediate connector and the section characteristics of the intermediate connector as parameters,the influence of parameters on the mechanical properties is analyzed,and the influence law of each parameter on the mechanical properties is obtained,and the corresponding design suggestions are given.
