摘 要:扁钢管柱短边截面尺寸较小,柱内加劲肋可开孔的长度有限,易造成混凝土浇筑时发生堵塞,且存在难以振捣密实的问题。为研究不设内加劲肋的扁钢管柱⁃H型钢梁加强节点的受力性能,设计4个不同连接方式、不同构造的足尺钢管柱框架边节点,并进行单调加载试验。分析各节点的破坏模式、节点刚度、承载能力、变形能力及关键部位的应力特征。结果表明:采用单边螺栓结合端板连接扁钢管柱⁃H型钢梁的节点均发生梁端塑性铰破坏,连接方式符合强节点弱构件的抗震要求;无内加劲肋的焊接和端板连接形式节点受力性能较差,需要采用加强措施;在钢柱节点区域内壁或外侧贴板可以明显改善无内加劲肋扁钢管柱⁃H型钢梁节点的承载力、刚度和延性,两种加强方式受力性能差别不大,可以根据实际需要进行选择。The small cross⁃sectional size of the short side of the flat steel tube column leads to the limited length of the stiffening ribs in the column,which results in concrete blockage and difficulty in compacting.This paper investigates the mechanical behavior of reinforced joints of flat steel tube column and H⁃beam without internal stiffening ribs.Four tube frame edge joints with different connections and configurations were designed and tested under monotonic loading.The failure mode,stiffness,bearing capacity,deformation capacity and stress characteristics of key parts of each joint were analyzed.The results indicate that plastic hinge damage at the end of the beam occurred at all the joint of flat steel column and H steel beam without internal stiffening rib,indicating that the connection method meets the seismic requirements for strong joints and weak elements.Welded and end⁃plate joints without internal stiffening ribs are poorly stiffened and require strengthening measures.Placing a plate on the inside or outside of a steel column can significantly improve the load carrying capacity,stiffness and ductility of the joints without internal stiffening ribs.There is little difference between the mechanical properties of the two strengthening methods,which can be selected according to actual needs.
