摘 要:SMW工法桩起拔过程中,普遍存在型钢起拔困难、起拔力过大导致结构破坏等问题,型钢的回收利用率较低,并且减摩材料主要为沥青物质,对环境有一定危害。针对以上问题,研制出一种环保型减摩材料,该减摩材料具有较好的减摩效果。通过模型试验对不同减摩材料起拔力进行比较,试验结果表明,环保型减摩材料大大降低了型钢起拔力。During the extraction process of SMW construction method piles,there are common problems such as difficulty in extraction of section steel and structural damage caused by excessive pulling force.This results in low recovery and utilization of section steel,and the antifriction materials are mainly asphalt materials,which are harmful to the environment.In response to the above problems,an environmentally friendly anti⁃friction material has been developed,which has a good anti⁃friction effect.The pull⁃out force of different anti⁃friction materials is compared through model experiments.The experimental results show that the environmentally⁃friendly anti⁃friction material greatly reduces the pull⁃out force of section steel.
