摘 要:庞庞塔煤矿5-108工作面引进了注浆锚索超前支护技术。通过地质条件分析、工程经验借鉴等技术手段,按照一次支护到位、支护合理的原则确定了该工作面超前段注浆锚索加强支护方案,并进行了现场试验。现场试验表明,采用注浆锚索替代单体柱进行超前支护可进一步提高巷道围岩稳定性,保证巷道正常安全使用,同时大大降低工人劳动强度,提高生产效率。The grouting anchor cable advance support technology had been introduced into 5-108 working face of Pangpangta Coal Mine. Through the analysis of geological conditions, engineering experience and other technical means, according to the principle of one-time support in place and reasonable support, the strengthening support scheme of grouting anchor cable beyond the front section of the working face was determined, and the field test was carried out. The field test shows that using grouting anchor cable instead of single column for advance support can further improve the stability of roadway surrounding rock, ensure the normal and safe use of roadway, greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the production efficiency.
