互联网医疗直播的法律风险研究

摘　　要：近年来,互联网+健康行业的快速发展取得了积极成效,互联网医疗和互联网医院迅猛发展。特别是新冠肺炎疫情期间,互联网医院在应对疫情、满足人民群众就医需求等方面发挥了积极作用。立足于互联网医疗直播的法律风险,从互联网医疗和互联网医院、健康科普和互联网直播的分析,通过对互联网医疗的法律框架、互联网医疗直播的法律风险、医疗质量安全风险、医院管理风险、隐私权风险、直播带货风险等内容调研和分析,结合互联网医院实际运营案例,探索互联网医疗直播中的风险对策。In recent years,the rapid development of Internet plus health industry has achieved positive results.Internet medicine and Internet hospitals are developing rapidly.Especially during COVID-19,internet hospitals have played a positive role in responding to the epidemic and meeting the medical needs of the people.Based on the legal risk of Internet Medical live broadcast,this study analyzed the internet medicine and Internet hospitals,health science popularization and internet live broadcast.Through the investigation and analysis of the legal framework of internet medical,the legal risk of Internet medicine live broadcast,the risk of medical quality and safety,the risk of hospital management,the risk of personal privacy,the risk of live broadcast delivery and so on,combined with the actual operation cases of Internet hospitals,this study explored the risk countermeasures in Internet medical live broadcast.
