公立医院合同管理的现状分析与会签制度构建的探讨

摘　　要：从公立医院合同管理方面的现状出发,分析合同管理的法律风险,根据《关于印发公立医院内部控制管理办法的通知》的要求,针对风险提出建立公立医院合同管理和会签制度,充分发挥医院法制部门和外聘法律顾问在合同合法合规性审查的重要作用,为健全公立医院合同管理的权责一致、相互制衡的内部控制体系提供可靠的保障。Based on the current situation of contract management in public hospitals, we analyzed the legal risks of contract management. According to the Notice of Public Hospitals Internal Control, we suggested to establish the contract management and countersigning system of public hospitals, give full play to the important role of hospital legal department and external legal advisers in contract legal compliance review, and provide a reliable guarantee for the internal control system of consistent rights and balance of contract management in public hospitals.
