摘　　要：目的分析在急性失代偿心力衰竭(ADHF)伴利尿剂抵抗患者的治疗中对患者采取心衰超滤脱水装置(FQ-16)配合系统化护理措施的治疗效果。方法将兰州大学第二医院于2017年10月-2021年11月治疗的28例患者作为本次观察对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,对比分析两组患者分别治疗后的治疗效果。结果观察组患者临床疗效明显更高(P<0.05)。结论FQ-16配合系统化护理措施能够明显提高患者的治疗效果。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of heart failure ultrafiltr ation dehydration device(FQ-16)combined with systematic nursing measures in the treatment of Acute Decompensated Heart Failure(ADHF)patients with diuretic resistance.Methods Twenty-eight patients who received treatment in our hospital from October 2017 to November 2021 were selected as the objects of this observation,and the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion FQ-16 combined with systematic nursing measures can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients.
