改良膀胱灌注管理模式在提高药物保留时间达标率中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析改良膀胱灌注管理模式在提高药物保留时间达标率中的效果。方法选择2020年3月-2021年3月于海丰县彭湃纪念医院收治的50例膀胱肿瘤患者为研究对象并按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=25)给予常规膀胱灌注管理,试验组(n=25)给予改良膀胱灌注管理,比较两组药物保留时间、达标率、护理质量、满意度、按时灌注率、膀胱恢复情况及并发症发生情况。结果试验组药物保留时间长于对照组,药物保留时间达标率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组护理质量、满意度、按时灌注率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组膀胱恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良膀胱灌注管理模式可延长患者药物保留时间,提高药物保留时间达标率、护理质量及按时灌注率,改善护理满意度并促进膀胱恢复,降低并发症发生情况。Objective To study and analyze the effect of improved bladder perfusion management mode in improving the standard rate of drug retention time.Methods 50 patients with bladder tumor treated in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=25)was given routine bladder perfusion management and the experimental group(n=25)was given improved bladder perfusion management.The drug retention time,standard rate,nursing quality,satisfaction,on-time perfusion rate of the two groups were compared Bladder recovery and complications.Results The drug retention time in the experimental group was longer than that in the control group,and the standard rate of drug retention time was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality,satisfaction and on-time perfusion rate in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery of bladder in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved bladder perfusion management mode can prolong the drug retention time,improve the standard rate of drug retention time,nursing quality and on-time perfusion rate,improve nursing satisfaction,promote bladder recovery and reduce the incidence of complications.
