6个月至4岁患儿水合氯醛灌肠前采取护理干预提高镇静效果的研究

摘　　要：目的探究对6个月至4岁患儿水合氯醛灌肠前采取护理干预提高镇静效果临床价值。方法选择2020年2月1日-2021年9月30日连州市人民医院收治的78例接受水合氯醛灌肠干预患儿,年龄6个月至4岁,以随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各39例,在其灌肠前分别实施常规护理、综合护理干预,比较两组患儿镇静效果(Ramsay评分法)、一次灌肠成功率、漏液发生率、家长情绪状态及护理满意度。结果观察组Ramsay评分中≥4级占比为97.44%,较对照组84.62%高(P<0.05);观察组一次成功率、灌肠后检查成功率分别为94.87%、100.00%,较对照组79.49%、89.74%高,漏液率为2.56%,较对照组15.38%低(P<0.05);护理前两组家长SAS评分相近(P>0.05);护理后观察组SAS评分较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组家长护理满意度为97.44%,较对照组82.05%高(P<0.05)。结论对6个月至4岁患儿水合氯醛灌肠前实施综合护理干预,可提升患儿镇静质量、一次灌肠成功率,降低漏液发生率,改善家长焦虑情绪,提升家长护理满意度。Objective To explore the clinical value of nursing intervention before chloral hydrate enema in children aged 6 months to 4 years to improve the sedation effect.Methods 78 children,aged 6 months to 4 years,who received chloral hydrate enema intervention in our hospital from February 1,2020 to September 30,2021,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 39 cases in each group.Routine nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention were implemented before enema.The sedative effect(Ramsay score),success rate of one-time enema,leakage rate,emotional state of parents and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The proportion of Ramsay score≥4 in the observation group was 97.44%,which was higher than 84.62%in the control group(P<0.05);the one-time success rate and post enema examination success rate of the observation group were 94.87%and 100.00%,respectively,higher than 79.49%and 89.74%of the control group,and the fluid leakage rate was 2.56%,lower than 15.38%of the control group(P<0.05);the SAS scores of the parents of the two groups before nursing were similar(P>0.05);the SAS scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of parents in the observation group was 97.44%,which was higher than 82.05%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention before chloral hydrate enema for children aged 6 months to 4 years can improve the sedation quality of children,the success rate of one-time enema,reduce the incidence of fluid leakage,improve parents’anxiety and improve parents’nursing satisfaction 。
