摘　　要：目的探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片对射血分数保留型心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取2019年5月-2021年1月在广州市荔湾区人民医院就诊的射血分数保留心力衰竭患者104例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=52)和观察组(n=52)。对照组依据指南给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗措施;观察组在对照组的基础上加入沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗。通过4周连续治疗,比较两组超声心动图指标、6min步行实验(6 MWT)、血浆N-末端B型利钠肽原(NT-proBNP)水平以及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组左心室射血分数(LVEF)、二尖瓣口舒张早期及舒张晚期流速峰值比值(E/A)高于对照组,左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后,观察组6 MWT高于对照组,血浆NT-proBNP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为90.38%和73.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在西医常规抗心力衰竭基础上沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗射血分数保留型心力衰竭的疗效显著,可有效改善超声心动图指标、6 MWT、血浆NT-proBNP水平。Objective To analyze the efficacy of Shakubactrivalsartan sodium tablet in the treatment of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction.Methods A total of 104 patients with ejection fraction reserved heart failure admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into control group(n=52)and observation group(n=52)according to random number table method.The control group was given with routine anti-heart failure treatment according to the guidelines.The observation group was additively treated with Shakubactrovalsartan sodium tablet.After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,echocardiographic indexes,6 MWT,plasma level of NTproBNP,and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,LVEF and E/A of early and late diastolic mitral orifice in the observation group were higher,while LVEDD was lower,than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,6 MWT in the observation group was higher,while plasma level of NT-proBNP was lower,than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The total effective rate of observation group and control group was 90.38%and 73.08%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional antiheart failure in western medicine,Shakupactral valsartan sodium tablet has a significant effect on the treatment of ejection fraction retention heart failure,which can effectively improve the echocardiogram index,6 min walking distance,and plasma level of NT-proBNP.
