居家护理在ICU长期留置气管切开套管出院患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨居家护理在ICU长期留置气管切开套管出院患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月-2021年6月深圳市宝安区石岩人民医院收治的86例ICU长期留置气管切开套管并出院患者,随机分成观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=43)。对照组出院时仅予以常规出院前健康教育;观察组在对照组的基础上实施出院后居家护理干预。比较两组SF-36生活质量量表总评分、护理知识掌握程度、再次入院率、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组SF-36总评分、护理知识掌握程度评分较之对照组明显更高(P<0.05);观察组再次入院率、并发症发生率均较对照组更低(13.95%vs 44.19%;6.98%vs 25.58%),护理满意度较对照组更高(97.67%vs 83.72%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU长期留置气管切开套管出院患者中的应用居家护理,可提升患者家属对护理知识的掌握程度,降低患者再次入院率、并发症发生率,提升其生活质量,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of home nursing on discharged patients with long-term indwelling tracheotomy cannula in ICU.Methods 86 patients with long-term indwelling tracheotomy cannula in ICU and discharged from our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=43).The control group was only given routine pre discharge health education.The observation group implemented home nursing intervention after discharge on the basis of the control group.The total score of SF-36 quality of life scale,mastery of nursing knowledge,readmission rate,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total score of SF-36 and the score of nursing knowledge mastery in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The readmission rate and complication rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(13.95%vs 44.19%;6.98%vs 25.58%),and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(97.67%vs 83.72%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of home nursing in the discharged patients with long-term indwelling tracheotomy cannula in ICU can improve the mastery of nursing knowledge of patients’family members,reduce the readmission rate and complication rate of patients,and improve their quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
