摘　　要：目的通过调查城乡女大学生的生殖健康状况,探索提升女大学生的生殖健康教育方法。方法采用问卷调查法对武汉3076名在校女大学生进行调查。结果调查显示,来自农村的女大学生在小便后每次都擦拭、内裤单独清洗、从前往后擦拭肛门、卫生巾使用少于4h、使用纯棉内裤、妇科检查方面均较来自城市的女大学生要差,痛经的比例高于来自城市的女大学生。此外,农村女大学生在生殖健康认知以及所接受正规学习方面也较差,更容易接受未婚先孕。结论农村女大学生在生殖健康状况和认知方面均较城市差,高校和社会应加强女大学生尤其农村女大学生的生殖健康知识教育,促进她们的身心健康。Objective To explore the reproductive health education model for female college students by investigating the reproductive health status of urban and rural female college students.Methods 3076 female college students were investigated by questionnaire method in Wuhan.Results The survey shows that female college students from cities wipe each time after urinating,wash their underwear separately,wipe the anus from front to back,change their sanitary napkins at most every four hours,wear cotton underwear,and are more conscious of gynecological examinations than those from rural areas,which means the proportion of dysmenorrhea of female college students from cities is lower than that of female college students from rural areas.Apart from this,rural female college students are also poor in reproductive health cognition and formal learning,and are more likely to accept unmarried pregnancy.Conclusion In terms of reproductive health status,cities are better than rural areas.To improve the health of female college students,colleges and communities should make a concerted effort to assimilate reproductive health related knowledge to rural female college students as well as non-medical and female junior college students.
