摘  要:采用CFD方法对鞍钢2580 m^(3)高炉各风口风量进行数值模拟,分析了该高炉在不同风口参数下各风口风量均匀分配的情况.结果表明:在风口直径相同的条件下,高炉风口风量分配并不均匀,沿围管圆周的4个对称方位处风口风量较大,各风口风量的标准偏差为1􀆰12.结合风口直径相同条件下及鞍钢现场生产风口风量的分配规律可知,风口风量的均匀分配需要同时考虑风口调整方位、风口调整幅度及相邻多风口调整等参数.根据以上原则提出调整鞍钢高炉风口参数的新方案,此方案下各风口风量标准偏差可降至0􀆰67.Numerical simulation of the air volume of each tuyere was carried out for Ansteel’s 2580 m^(3) blast furnace based on CFD method,and the air volume distribution of each tuyere under different tuyere parameters was analyzed.Under the condition of equal tuyere diameter,the air volume distribution of the blast furnace tuyere is not uniform.There are four symmetrical locations with larger air volume along the bustle pipe,and the standard deviation of each tuyere air volume is 1.12.According to the distribution rule of air volume under the condition of the equal tuyere diameter and the field production of Ansteel,the adjustment of tuyere direction,the tuyere size and the number of adjacent multiple tuyeres should be considered at the same in order to obtain the uniform distribution of air volume.A new scheme is proposed according to the above principles,the standard deviation of the air volume in each tuyere is reduced to 0.67.
