摘  要:以甘氨酸为燃料,采用自蔓延燃烧法制备了电解质粉体Ce_(0.8)Sm_(0.05)Y_(0.15)O_(1.9)(SYDC),通过TG⁃DSC,XRD,TEM和FE⁃SEM等手段对干凝胶前驱体的热分解行为、相转化过程和SYDC粉体的性能进行表征.SYDC粉体模压成型后在1250℃烧结2 h制成烧结样品,通过测试样品的密度及微观形貌等考察了粉体的烧结性能.结果表明:甘氨酸⁃硝酸盐干凝胶自蔓延燃烧的点火温度约为267.7℃;通过控制工艺参数,借助低温燃烧过程可直接获得立方萤石结构的纯相SYDC固溶体;SYDC粉体粒度分布均匀,平均晶粒度为57 nm,粒子间虽有轻微团聚,却具有较好的成型和烧结性能;烧结样品的平均粒径约为0.6μm,相对密度达到96.1%.Ultrafine Ce_(0.8)Sm_(0.05)Y_(0.15)O_(1.9)(SYDC)electrolyte powders were prepared by Self⁃propagating combustion synthesis(SCS)using glycine as fuel.The products were characterized by means of TG⁃DSC,XRD,TEM and FE⁃SEM,respectively.The evolution behavior of the dried gel precursor,phase translation and properties of SYDC powders were investigated.The TG⁃DSC result showed that the igniting temperature of glycine⁃nitrates gel was about 267.7℃.The results showed that the SYDC solid solution with a single cubic fluorite⁃type structure can be directly and rapidly synthesized via low⁃temperature combustion processes.The average grain size of powders with narrow distribution and weakly aggregated was 57 nm.The powders have good sinterability in the experiment,the sintered specimens with relative density 96.1%can be manufactured at 1250℃for 2 h.The average grain size is 0.6μm for the sintered specimens.
