摘  要:立式热虹吸再沸器具有节能、传热效率高、设备布局紧凑、不易结垢堵塞等优点,在石油化工装置具有十分广泛的应用。采用Aspen EDR软件分析了再沸器的安装高度、出入口管道管径、物料流速及出口管道动压头、换热管共振等因素对热虹吸再沸器循环稳定性的影响,优化了设计方案,确保了再沸器的安全、稳定运行。Vertical thermosyphon reboiler,which has the advantages of energy saving,high heat transfer efficiency,compact equipment arrangement and uneasy scaling,is applied widely in petrochemical plant.In this article,by using Aspen EDR,the aspects for the design of thermosyphon reboiler were analyzed,including the installation height of reboiler,the diameter of piping connected to inlet and outlet,fluid flow velocity,dynamic head in outlet pipe,and the effect of the resonance occurred in tubes to the stability of cycle in thermosyphon reboiler.The design scheme was then optimized,so that the thermosyphon reboiler is ensured with safe and stable operation.
