摘　　要：深孔胀接技术是三管板换热器制造中的技术难点,胀接质量的好坏直接影响换热器质量。以某项目三管板换热器为例,介绍了深孔胀接的实施方案,提出了对相关技术问题的解决方法和建议。Connection of tubes with tubesheet by using expanded joint for deep holes in tubesheet is the technical difficulty in the manufacture of triple-tubesheet heat exchanger,and the quality of expansion for the joints will influence directly to the quality of the exchanger.In this article,exampled with the triple-tubesheet heat exchanger used in one plant,the scheme for deep hole expanding connection was introduced,and some resolutions and proposals for relevant technical problems were also presented.
