摘  要:通过对全省530艘内河船舶开展船舶废水防治现状调研,并对典型船舶废水进行采样监测,分析江苏省内河船舶废水水质现状,并提出分阶段的船舶废水控制建议。结果表明:内河船舶舱底含油废水中石油类含量较高,包含较高含量的难以分解有机物;生活污水(盥洗水、冲厕水、厨房用水)中包含较多的动植物油、总氮、总磷以及悬浮物。针对船舶生活污水,近期重点推进船舶,尤其是400t以下内河船舶的生活污水处理装置安装工作,同步建设生活污水废渣接收设施,远期重点编制生活污水接收设施规划,并进行设施建设工作;针对含油废水建议,采取油水分离器处理-船上储存-岸上接收或流动船接收的方式。Through the investigation of the current situation of ship wastewater prevention and control of 530 inland ships in the province,and sampling and monitoring of typical ship wastewater,the status of the wastewater quality of inland ships in Jiangsu Province was analyzed,and the staged recommendations for the control of ship wastewater were put forward.The results show that the oily wastewater from the bilge of inland waterways contains relatively high petroleum content and contains relatively high content of difficult-to-decompose organic matter.Domestic sewage(washing water,flushing water,kitchen water)contains more animal and vegetable oils,total nitrogen,and total phosphorus and suspended matter.For the domestic sewage from ships,the recent focus will be on the installation of domestic sewage treatment devices for ships,especially inland vessels below 400t,the simultaneous construction of waste residue reception facilities,the long-term focus on the preparation of domestic sewage reception facilities planning and facility construction.For oily wastewater,it is recommended to adopt the method of oil-water separator treatment-on-board storage-shore reception or mobile ship reception.
