摘 要:磁共振成像(MRI)是诊断和描述颅内病变的最佳影像学手段,对于颅内结核的中枢神经系统结核病,传统的MRI在发展过程中融合了磁化传递(MT)技术、高分辨率血管壁成像(VWI)、扩散张量成像(DTI)等多种新技术,使得结核性脑膜炎、脑结核瘤、粟粒性结核瘤与结核性脓肿的定性诊断成为可能。参照颅内结核的共识分型,综述多种引入新技术的MRI在颅内结核成像与诊断应用的研究进展,系统性证明引入新技术的MRI不仅能够提高诊断的准确性,而且有助于早期发现患者的并发症和不寻常表现,为临床早期预防治疗提供依据。Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)is the best imaging modality to diagnose and describe intracranial lesions.For the central nervous system tuberculosis of intracranial tuberculosis,traditional MRI had integrated various new technologies such as magnetization transfer(MT)technology,high-resolution vascular wall imaging(VWI),and diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)in the development process,made the qualitative diagnosis possible for the tuberculous meningitis,cerebral tuberculoma,miliary tuberculoma and tuberculous abscess.Referring to the consensus classification of intracranial tuberculosis,the research progress in the application of MRI with new techniques in the imaging and diagnosis of intracranial tuberculosis was reviewed,which systematically proved that the introduction of new techniques in MRI not only improve the accuracy of diagnosis,but also facilitate early detection of complications and unusual manifestations in patients,and provide a basis for clinical early prevention and treatment.
