摘　　要：分析Quanterix SR-X超灵敏蛋白分析系统的使用与维护方法,针对配套仪器(包括SR-X分析仪、Simoa洗板机和Simoa微孔板摇床)的安装条件、使用调节、维护管理等问题进行研究。通过正确有效的调节方法和科学的管理手段,不仅能够提高实验效率,维护仪器性能稳定,还能够保障实验数据的可靠性。针对SR-X超灵敏蛋白分析系统科学合理的使用和维护,仪器使用状态良好,其检测样本的变异系数(CV)低于10%,且仪器灵敏度和精确度相关性能稳定。同时,Simoa洗板机和Simoa微孔板摇床使用和维护良好,堵塞等情况极少发生,有效地保护了配套仪器的使用寿命,为超灵敏蛋白检测提供更优质的服务。The use and maintenance methods of Quanterix SR-X ultra-sensitive protein analysis system were analyzed,and the installation conditions,adjustment,maintenance and management etc.of the supporting instruments(including SR-X analyzer,Simoa microplate washer and Simoa Microplate Shaker)were studied.Correct and effective adjustment methods and scientific management methods can not only improve experimental efficiency,maintain the stability of the instrument,but also ensure the reliability of experimental data.Aiming at the scientific and reasonable use and maintenance of the SR-X ultra-sensitive protein analysis system,the instrument was in good condition,the coefficient of variation(CV)of the test samples was less than 10%,moreover,the performance of the instrument was stable in terms of sensitivity and accuracy.At the same time,the Simoa microplate washer and Simoa microplate shaker were well used and maintained,and the blockage rarely occurred,effectively protecting the service life of the supporting instruments and providing better services for ultra-sensitive protein detection.
