摘　　要：大冶特钢采用20t电弧炉+LF精炼+VD脱气、20t氩气保护电渣炉重熔、1250-1280℃高温均质化处理、60MN油压快锻机多向锻造及1000-1050℃高温固溶组合技术,生产的640mm×1100mm4Cr5Mo2V大型模具钢的非金属夹杂物(≤0.5级)、显微组织、横向冲击功(KV225-31J),均高于北美压铸协会NADCA#2072018标准高级钢质量水平,等向性达到0.95。By using combination teachnology of 20 t EAF-LF-VD,20 t argon protection ESR unit remelting,1250-1280℃high temperature homogenization treatment,60MN oil pressure quick forging machine multiple forging and 1000-1050℃ high temperture solution treatment process,the inclusion(≤0.5 rating),structure and lateral impact energy(KV225-31 J)of pruduced 640 mm×1100 mm 4Cr5Mo2V heavy die steel are higher than the requirement in stand-ard NADCA#207-2018 for advanced steel leave,and the isotropy of steel reaches 0.95.
