摘  要:目的建立7种新发传染病高通量悬浮芯片检测方法。方法根据现有DNA序列信息,设计并合成相关引物及探针,首先进行PCR扩增,产物与核酸探针微球组杂交后检测荧光信号值。结果建立的悬浮芯片方法检测ZIKA、LSA、CHIKV、WNV四种病原体的敏感性为10 DNA拷贝;MERS、H5N1、H7N9三种病原体的敏感性为100 DNA拷贝。结论建立了可同时检测7种新发传染病检测方法,为新发传染病有效防控提供了支持。Objective To develop a method for seven types of emerging infectious diseases.Methods According to the available DNA sequence information,the related primers and probes were designed and synthesized.The PCR products were amplified and the fluorescence signals were detected after hybridized with nucleic acid probe microsphere.Results The susceptibility of Zika,LSA,CHIKV and WNV were 10 DNA copy,and the susceptibility of MERS,H5N1 and H7N9 were 100 DNA copy.Conclusion A detection method for seven types of emerging infectious diseases has been developed,and can support effective prevention of Emerging Infectious Diseases.
