摘 要:目的了解黄埔口岸主要医学媒介生物的种群分布和季节消长情况,为口岸医学媒介生物防治提供科学依据。方法分别采用笼诱法、诱蚊灯诱捕法和粘捕法,对黄埔口岸的鼠形动物、蝇类、蚊类和蜚蠊4种生物病媒进行密度监测。结果黄埔口岸的鼠形动物以臭鼩鼱、褐家鼠为优势物种,其次为小家鼠;蚊类以致倦库蚊为优势种,其次为白纹伊蚊;蝇类以大头金蝇为主,其次为家蝇;蜚蠊以美洲大蠊为主。结论通过监测基本掌握了黄埔口岸医学媒介生物的种群构成、生境分布及季节消长规律,为黄埔口岸医学媒介生物监测和防控提供了科学依据。Objective To investigates the population distribution and seasonal fluctuation of the main medical vectors at Huangpu port,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of medical vectors.Methods The density of four kinds of biological vectors,rodents,flies,mosquitoes and cockroaches in Huangpu Port were monitored by cage trap,mosquito trap and adhesive trap.Results The dominant species of rodent in Huangpu port were Suncus murinus and Rattus norvegicus,followed by Mus musculus.Culex pipiensquinquefasciatus was the dominant species,followed by Aedes albopictus.Chrysomyamegacephala was the main fly species,followed by Museadomestlica Linnaeus.Periplaneta americana was the main cockroach.Conclusion The population composition,habitat distribution and seasonal fluctuation rule of medical vectors at Huangpu port are mastered,and the monitoring and controlling medical vectors has scientific basis.
