摘 要:目的 观察在尿毒症治疗中血液透析联合血液灌流展现出来的应用效果。方法 共选择95例尿毒症患者,就诊时间为2019年11月-2021年9月,按随机分组法,分成对照和观察2组。对照组病例数为47例,观察组病例数为48例。对照组行血液透析治疗法,观察组行血液透析联合血液灌流治疗法。观察两组血液毒素指标、微炎症指标及临床治疗效果。结果 治疗前,两组BUN、Scr、β2-MG、Pth指标、IL-6、CRP及TNF-α指标比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组BUN、Scr、β2-MG、Pth、IL-6、CRP及TNF-α指标低于对照组(P <0.05);临床治疗有效率高于对照组,有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论 在尿毒症疾病治疗中使用血液透析联合血液灌流治疗法,有助于改善患者的血液毒素指标及微炎症指标,疾病临床治疗效果显著。Objective To observe the application effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of uremia. Methods 95 patients with uremia were selected from November 2019 to September 2021. They were randomly divided into control and observation groups.There were 47 cases in the control group and 48 cases in the observation group. The control group was treated with hemodialysis, and the observation group was treated with hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion. The indexes of blood toxin, micro inflammation and clinical therapeutic effect were observed. Results Before treatment, bun, SCR β 2-mg, PTH index, IL-6, CRP and TNF-α There was no difference in indexes(P >0.05);After treatment, bun, SCR β 2-mg, PTH, IL-6, CRP and TNF-α The index was lower than that of the control group, and the clinical effective rate was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The use of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of uremic diseases is helpful to improve the indexes of hematotoxin and micro inflammation,and the clinical treatment effect is remarkable.
