知信行预见性护理干预在消化内镜中心检查患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的 浅析知信行预见性护理干预在消化内镜中心检查患者中的应用效果。方法 选取广东省开平市中心医院2020年1~12月收治的86例消化内镜检查患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(应用知信行预见性护理干预)与对照组(给予常规护理模式),每组各43例,比较两组护理效果。结果 干预后2组患者防护知识、防护态度、防护行为评分均高于干预前(P <0.05);观察组患者干预后患者防护知识、防护态度、防护行为评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。干预后2组患者焦虑情绪评分均低于干预前(P <0.05);观察组干预后焦虑情绪评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 消化内镜中心检查患者中应用知信行预见性护理干预可改善焦虑情绪,提高患者知信行水平与护理满意度。Objective To analyze the application of knowledge-attitude-behavior-practice nursing interventions in the digestive endoscopy center. Methods 86 patients of undergoing the digestive endoscopy from January 2020 to December 2020 in our hospital were selected. According to random number table, patients were assigned to observation group(n =43) and control group(n =43). The observation group adopted the knowledge-attitude-behavior-practice nursing interventions;the control group adopted the routine nursing. Clinical results were elaborated. Results After intervention, the prevention knowledge, attitude and behavior scores for two groups were higher than before(P <0.05);the prevention knowledge, attitude and behavior scores in the observation group were even higher than control group(P <0.05);the anxiety scores for two groups were lower than before(P <0.05);the anxiety scores in the observation group were even lower than control group(P <0.05);the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than control group(P <0.05). Conclusion In the digestive endoscopy center, the knowledge-attitude-behavior-practice nursing interventions can relieve the anxiety emotions,improve the knowledge-attitude-behavior-practice levels and nursing satisfaction.
