摘  要:目的 调查在新冠肺炎疫情常态化阶段,本科护理专业学生专业认同现状及其影响因素。方法于2020年7月,采用随机整群抽样的方法选取255名全日制本科护生,并向其发放护生专业认同问卷进行调查。结果 本科护生专业认同得分为(61.1±9.7)分,主要影响因素包括:职业满意度、职业选择标准护生新冠肺炎疫情居家隔离所在地(P <0.05)。结论 本科护生专业认同水平一般、波动大和受多种因素影响,护理教育者需从多方面稳定并提升护生的专业认同感。Objective To investigate the current status of professional identity of undergraduate nursing students and its influencing factors during the normalization phase of the new crown epidemic.Methods In July 2020, 255 full-time undergraduate nursing students were selected using a randomized whole-group sampling method, and questionnaires were distributed to them for investigation. Results The professional identity score of undergraduate nursing students was(61.1±9.7), and the main influencing factors included: the location of nursing students during the outbreak of the new crown epidemic, the reason for choosing nursing, and what type of job and grade they chose after graduation(P < 0.05). Conclusion The level of professional identity of undergraduate nursing students is at an average level、fluctuate a lot and influenced by a variety of factors, and nursing educators need to stabilize and enhance the professional identity of nursing students in a variety of ways.
