乳腺癌术后病人使用积液引流器的调查研究

摘　　要：目的 了解乳腺癌患者行乳腺癌改良根治术后对积液引流器相关知识的认知度、佩戴情况以及对引流器的功能要求,为设计制造新型积液引流器提供理论依据,减少并发症的发生。方法 自行设计打印问卷对乳腺癌改良根治术后患者70例进行积液引流器相关知识认识度、引流器佩戴感受、对引流器的功能需求进行调查。结果 共发放问卷70例,回收有效问卷65例,接受调查者均为女性,其中4例(6.2%)患者对引流器非常了解,25例(38.5%)患者更愿意选择经济性,40例(61.5%)患者更愿意选择实用性,不同年龄段、不同文化程度乳腺癌术后引流器的改进比例差异有统计学意义(F=16.711、3.462,P <0.05)。结论 应加强对积液引流器相关知识的普及与宣教,同时应贴近大众需求,设计更加经济实用的新型积液引流器。Objective To understand the cognition degree, wearing condition and functional requirement of the drainage device in patients with breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy,and to provide theoretical basis for designing and manufacturing a new type of drainage device,reduce the incidence of complications. Methods 70 cases patients after modified radical mastectomy were investigated with self-designed printed questionnaire about the knowledge of drainage device,the feeling of wearing drainage device and the functional requirement of drainage device. Results Of the 70 cases patients who sent out questionnaires and 65 cases who received effective questionnaires,4 cases(6.2%) patients had a good knowledge of drainage, and 25 cases(38.5%) patients preferred economy, 40 cases(61.5%) patients preferred practicality, and there was significant difference in the rate of improvement of drainage device among different age groups and different educational level(F=16.711,3.462, P < 0.05). Conclusion It should strengthen the popularization and education of the drainage device, and design a new type of drainage device which is more economical and practical.
