西格列汀对T2DM患者血糖水平、胰岛功能、炎症反应的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨西格列汀对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖水平、胰岛功能、炎症反应的临床影响。方法 选取揭阳市慈云医院收治的自2020年1月-2020年10月的162例T2DM患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(优泌乐25,n=81)、研究组(西格列汀联合优泌乐25,n=81),疗程3个月。比较血糖、胰岛功能、炎性因子水平。结果 研究组患者HbA1c、FBG、2hPBG水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者HOMA-IR水平低于对照组,而FINS、HOMA-β水平高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者INF-γ、IL-22、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 西格列汀可更好地降低T2DM患者血糖水平、炎症反应,提高患者胰岛功能,可临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Sig Leo Dean on blood glucose level,islet function and inflammatory reaction in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods 162 patients with T2DM treated in our department from January 2020 to October 2020 were randomLy divided into control group (youpile 25,n=81) and study group (sitagliptin combined with youpile 25,n=81) for 3 months.The levels of blood glucose,islet function and inflammatory factors were compared.Results The levels of HbA1c,FBG and 2hpbg in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);The level of HOMA-IR in the study group was lower than that in the control group,while fins and HOMA-β The level was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);Study group patients inf-γ、The levels of IL-22 and IL-6 in the control group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Cigliptin can better reduce the blood glucose level and inflammatory reaction in T2DM patients,and improve the islet function of patients,which can be popularized in clinic.
