阿托伐他汀钙片联合培哚普利叔丁胺片治疗高血压合并心力衰竭患者的临床研究及对血浆BNP的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析阿托伐他汀钙片联合培哚普利叔丁胺片治疗高血压合并心力衰竭患者的临床效果,及对患者血浆BNP、心功能、血压等方面的影响。方法 回顾分析广东省信宜市人民医院2020年1月-2020年9月的收治的70例高血压合并心力衰竭患者,按其治疗方式分组,其中35例接受阿托伐他汀钙片联合培哚普利叔丁胺片治疗(观察组),另35例接受培哚普利叔丁胺片治疗(对照组),比较治疗效果,如血浆BNP指标、心功能指标(LVESd、LVEDd、LVEF)、血压指标(收缩压、舒张压)、疗效等。结果 观察组治疗疗效94.29%高于对照组68.57%,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较NT-proBNP指标,治疗前组间数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组NT-proBNP指标(321.21±65.35)pg/mL低于对照组(520.21±65.32)pg/mL,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较心功能指标,治疗前组间数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组LVEF高于对照组,LVESd、LVEDd低于对照组,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较血压指标,治疗前组间数据无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组舒张压、收缩压低于对照组,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 临床治疗高血压合并心力衰竭疾病可考虑采用阿托伐他汀钙片联合培哚普利叔丁胺片两种药物,可显著降低患者血浆BNP指标,同时,患者心功能、血压也可得到明显改善,进而达到提升疗效的目的。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with perindopril TERT butylamine tablets in the treatment of patients with hypertension and heart failure,and the influence on plasma BNP,cardiac function and blood pressure.Methods 70 patients with hypertension complicated with heart failure in our hospital from January 2020 to September 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment methods,35 patients were treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with perindopril TERT butylamine tablets (observation group) and 35 patients were treated with perindopril TERT butylamine tablets (control group).The therapeutic effects,such as plasma BNP index,cardiac function index (LVESD,LVESD,et al),were compared (LVEDd,LVEF),blood pressure index (systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure),curative effect,etc.Results The curative effect of the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than 68.57% of the control group (P<0.05);There was no significant difference in NT proBNP index between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment,NT proBNP index in the observation group (321.21±65.35) pg/mL was lower than that in the control group (520.21±65.32) pg / mL (P<0.05);After treatment,LVEF of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,LVESD and LVEDd of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05);Compared with the blood pressure index,the data between the groups before treatment had no statistical significance (P>0.05),but after treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the data between the groups had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with perindopril TERT butylamine tablets can be considered in the clinical treatment of hypertension combined with heart failure,which can significantly reduce the BNP index of patients,at the same ti
