高压氧舱治疗颅脑损伤患者的综合护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析高压氧舱治疗颅脑损伤患者的综合护理效果。方法 选取2020年1月-2021年7月临沂市经济技术开发区人民医院收治的72例颅脑损伤患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各36例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予高压氧舱治疗综合护理。14d后分析两组患者格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)评分、Barthel(BI)指数、护理前后生活质量评分及护理有效率。结果 护理前,两组患者的GCS评分、Barthel指数无显著性差异(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的GCS评分、Barthel指数均升高,且观察组分数高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者生活质量评分无显著性差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,且护理有效率(91.67%)高于对照组(63.89%),差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 高压氧舱治疗应用于颅脑损伤患者的综合护理,可以促进患者意识恢复,增强日常生活活动能力,改善生活质量,提高护理有效率,效果显著,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To analyze the comprehensive nursing effect of hyperbaric oxygen chamber in the treatment of patients with craniocerebral injury.Methods 72 cases of patients with craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given hyperbaric oxygen chamber treatment comprehensive nursing based on the control group.After 14 days,GCS score,Barthel index,quality of life score and nursing efficiency were analyzed.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in GCS score and Barthel index between the two groups (P>0.05).After nursing,The GCS score and Barthel index of 2 groups were increased,and the score of observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in qualities of life score between 2 groups (P>0.05);After nursing,the qualities of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the effective rate of nursing (91.67%) was higher than that of the control group (63.89%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen chamber therapy applied in the comprehensive nursing of patients with craniocerebral injury can promote the recovery of patients’ consciousness,enhance the ability of daily living activities,improve the quality of life,improve the nursing efficiency,significant effect,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
