阶段性功能锻炼操对乳腺癌术后患者康复效果的临床影响分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨阶段性功能锻炼操对乳腺癌术后患者康复效果的临床影响。方法 甄选2019年4月-2020年4月乳腺癌手术患者80例,根据患者就诊前、后顺序,将其划分为比对组和探析组,各40例。比对组开展常规功能锻炼操;探析组开展阶段性功能锻炼操;比对不同锻炼操对乳腺癌术后患者肩关节活动度、手术并发症以及日常生活质量方面的影响性。结果 探析组患者肩关节前屈、内旋、外旋、外展活动度均高于比对组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。探析组生理职能、躯体疼痛、情感职能以及社会功能均高于比对组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。应该分开表述,有歧义,下文同上,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 乳腺癌术后患者开展阶段性功能锻炼操可提升机体康复速度,规避相关风险因素,提高肩关节活动度,进一步提高日常生活水平,值得大力推广应用。Objective To explore clinical effect of staged functional exercise on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with breast cancer.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with breast cancer from April 2019 to April 2020,and divided them into comparison group and analysis group according to treatment order before and after treatment,40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine functional exercises,and analysis group with phased functional exercise exercise.Effect of different exercises on shoulder joint mobility,postoperative complications and quality of daily life of breast cancer patients was compared.Results Shoulder flexion,internal rotation,external rotation and abduction activities of analysis group was higher than control group,with difference,(P<0.05).Physiological function,physical pain,emotional function and social function of analysis group was higher than control group,with difference,(P<0.05).Maximum heart rate time,walking distance and heart rate recovery time in analysis group was longer (shorter) than control group,with difference,(P<0.05).Conclusion Staged functional exercise can improve recovery rate of breast cancer patients after operation,avoid related risk factors,improve range of motion of shoulder joint,and improve daily living level further,which is worthy of great promotion and application.
