中药方剂圣愈汤治疗妇科恶性肿瘤化疗后贫血的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的 妇科恶性肿瘤化疗后出现贫血症时采用圣愈汤治疗,观察该种治疗方法效果。方法 将我科2018年1月-2020年1月的恶性肿瘤化疗后贫血症76例患者作为观察对象,并且随机分成采用圣愈汤治疗的一组(n=38),和对症常规治疗的二组(n=38),对比两种治疗方法效果。结果 一组和二组治疗后的治疗有效率、Hb水平、QOL的对比中,一组数据优于二组,(P<0.05),结果有差异。结论 妇科恶性肿瘤化疗后出现贫血症时采用圣愈汤治疗效果优良,该方法可推广。Objective To observe effect of Shengyu Decoction in treatment of anemia after chemotheraPy for gynecological malignant tumors.Methods The PaPer treated 76 cases anemia Patients after malignant tumor chemotheraPy in our dePartment from January 2018 to January 2020 as observation objects,and divided them into grouP one and two,treated with Shengyu Decoction and symPtomatic treatment resPectively.Curative effect between two treatment methods was comPared.Results Treatment effective rate,Hb level and QOL of grouP 1 was better than grouP 2,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengyu decoction can achieve good effect in treatment of anemia after chemotheraPy for gynecological malignant tumors,which is worthy of Promotion.
