探讨加味独活寄生汤联合补肾壮骨汤治疗膝关节炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨膝关节炎患者使用加味独活寄生汤联合补肾壮骨汤治疗的效果。方法 本次研究于2018年6月-2019年6月在广东省梅州市第二中医医院进行,选取55例膝关节炎患者为对象,将患者随机掷骰子分为对照组28例,补肾壮骨汤治疗,观察组27例,加味独活寄生汤联合补肾壮骨汤治疗,比较两组患者不良反应出现的情况以及膝关节功能评分。结果 观察组出现不良反应例数为2例,对照组为8例,治疗前,两组患者的膝关节功能评分无较大差异,在治疗之后,观察组患者的关节评分高于对照组,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗干预前两组患者视觉模拟疼痛评分量表(VAS)评分、Lequesne指数评分比较(P>0.05),治疗干预后两组患者VAS评分和Lequesne指数评分均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 独活寄生汤联合补肾壮骨汤在治疗膝关节炎,效果较高,改善患者的疾病症状,提高关节活动的能力,推广价值很高。Objective To explore effect of modified pubescent angelica and loranthus decoction combined with tonifying kidney and bone decoction in treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods The study chose 55 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital from june 2018 to june 2019 as objects,and divided them into 28 cases in control group treated with tonifying kidney and bone decoction and 27 cases in observation group with modified modified pubescent angelica and loranthus decoction combined with tonifying kidney and bone decoction by casting lots randomly.Adverse reactions and knee function scores between two groups were compared.Results There were 2 cases with adverse reactions in observation group and 8 cases in control group.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in knee function scores between two groups.After treatment,joint scores of observation group were higher than control group,data between groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment intervention,scores of visual analogue pain scale (VAS) and Lequesne index comparison between two groups showed P>0.05.After treatment intervention,scores of VAS and Lequesne index of two groups decreased,scores of observation group were lower than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Modified pubescent angelica and loranthus decoction combined with Tonifying kidney and bone decoction can achieve high effect in treatment of knee osteoarthritis,can improve disease symptoms and ability of joint activity,which has high promtion value.
