纽曼保健系统模式在高血压患者中的实践意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨纽曼保健系统模式在高血压患者中的实践意义。方法 选取吉林省人民医院2018年6月-2019年6月高血压患者56例,将其依据随机数字表法分为两组,每组28例,均给予常规治疗,对照组在此基础上,开展传统护理,观察组采用纽曼保健系统模式,依据患者知识缺乏程度、不良生活方式,给予针对性行为指导,出院后每月进行1次随访,第1个月时测血糖,第6个月时测生活质量。结果 观察组出院后第1个月时的舒张压、收缩压较对照组,均显著偏低(P<0.05)。观察组出院后6个月时的生活质量评分与对照组相比,显著偏高(P<0.05)。结论 针对高血压患者,采用纽曼保健系统模式,能降低其血压,提高生活质量。Objective To explore practical significance of Newman health care system model for hypertension patients.Methods The paper chose 56 cases hypertension patients in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019,and divided them into two groups according to random number table method,28 cases in each group,treated with routine treatment.On the basis,control group was treated with traditional nursing,and observation group with Newman health care system model and targeted behavior guidance according to knowledge degree and bad lifestyle of of patients.After discharge,follow-up once a month,measure blood glucose in the first month,life quality at the sixth month.Results Diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in observation group at the first month after discharge was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05).Life quality scores of observation group at 6 months after discharge were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Newman health care system model can reduce blood pressure and improve life quality of for hypertension patients.
