摘  要:异常Q波主要指在心电图检查中,时间在0.04秒及以上,深度在后继R波1/4及以上,或者是在任何导联中深度在3mm以上的Q波。异常Q波多见于心肌梗死的诊断中,不过,发生异常Q波的疾病却不仅制约于心肌梗死疾病,也会出现在非心肌梗死患者或者是正常群体中。由于人们对于异常Q波的认知较少,极易在诊断中出现误诊的情况,进而给患者的精神造成了极大的压力。因此,为了保证心电图检查与诊断的精准性,临床医师认为联合其他检查方式,检查诊断非心肌梗死疾病,是非常有必要的。基于此,本文简要分析了非心肌梗死异常Q波形成的原因,总结了心电图结合心脏超声的检查方法,探讨了心电图结合心脏超声检诊非心肌梗死异常Q波的意义,旨在为确保非心肌梗死异常Q波检查诊断的准确性提供理论参考依据。Abnormal Q wave mainly refers to the Q wave with aduration of 0.04 seconds or more,and with a depth which is 1/4 or more than the subsequent R wave,or with the depth above 3mm in any lead in the electrocardiogram examination.Abnormal Q waves is a common diagnostic indicator of myocardial infarction,yetit can also occur in non-myocardial infarction patients or in the normal population.Due to the limited knowledge of abnormal Q wave,misdiagnosisis likely to happen,which brings great mental pressure to the patients.Therefore,clinicians believe it is necessary to diagnose non-myocardial infarction diseases by combining electrocardiogram with other examinations to ensure accuracy.On this basis,this paper briefly analyzesthe causes of abnormal Q wave in non-myocardial infarction,and summarizes the examination methods of electrocardiogramcombined with echocardiography.In addition,we discuss the significance of electrocardiogramcombined with echocardiographyin the diagnosis of abnormal Q wave in non-myocardial infarction,thus providing theoretical reference for the accurate diagnosis of abnormal Q wave in non-myocardial infarction.
