摘 要:针对水产养殖水污染问题,构建了两组大规格沉积物微生物燃料电池(SMFC)装置,用于水产养殖底泥及上覆水的修复研究。结果表明,SMFC对于底泥及上覆水修复均有较明显促进作用。在系统运行的2个月内,两组SMFC的电压总体稳定在0.67~0.80 V,SMFC-A(中期考虑水体流动的影响)的最大功率密度为78.80 mW/m^(2),SMFC-B(水体静止)的最大功率密度为58.89 mW/m^(2)。55 d后,SMFC-A和SMFC-B上覆水的化学需氧量、氨氮、总氮、总磷浓度分别降低40%、39%、72%、82%和34%、35%、46%、78%;SMFC对底泥中的有机质有一定的降解作用,并实现了对磷酸盐的固定。实验结果表明,SMFC能够促进水产养殖水的原位修复,应用前景广泛。In response to the problem of water pollution in aquaculture,two large-scale devices of sediment microbial fuel cell(SMFC)were constructed for the remediation of aquaculture sediment and overlying water.The results showed that SMFC had a significant promotion effect on both sediment and overlying water remediation.During the two months of system operation,the voltages of the two SMFCs were generally stable at 0.67-0.80 V.The maximum power density of SMFC-A(considering the effect of water flow in the medium term)was 78.80 mW/m^(2)and the maximum power density of SMFC-B(water still)was 58.89 mW/m^(2).After 55 days,the concentrations of COD,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the overlying water of SMFC-A and SMFC-B were reduced by 40%,39%,72%,82%and 34%,35%,46%,78%,respectively.SMFC degraded organic matter in the sediment and achieved the fixation of phosphate.The experimental results showed that SMFC could promote the in-situ remediation of aquaculture water,which had a broad application prospect.
