摘  要:为探究KOH固态预处理对蔬菜秸秆厌氧消化性能的影响,以黄瓜、番茄、茄子和辣椒4种蔬菜秸秆为原料,采用不同摩尔浓度的KOH(0.2~0.8 mol/L)预处理后进行中温批式厌氧消化实验。结果表明:KOH预处理能显著提高蔬菜秸秆的累积甲烷产量(p<0.05),且随着KOH浓度的增加,累积甲烷产量逐渐增大。0.6 mol/L KOH为最佳预处理试剂;经预处理后,黄瓜秸秆、番茄秸秆、茄子秸秆和辣椒秸秆累积甲烷产量分别为203.08、183.62、166.05、120.56 mL/g,较对照组分别提高了33.83%、38.74%、32.40%和32.48%。KOH预处理能有效降解蔬菜秸秆的木质纤维素,且KOH浓度越大,降解率越高。其中半纤维素降解效果最明显,降解率为7.17%~44.64%;当KOH摩尔浓度≥0.6 mol/L时,可有效降解木质素,降解率为9.04%~24.55%。同时,KOH固态预处理能够提高发酵液营养价值,减少回收预处理试剂的成本,降低对环境的污染。To investigate the effect of KOH solid-state pretreatment on the anaerobic digestion performance of vegetable straws,four kinds of vegetable straws,including cucumber,tomato,eggplant and pepper straws,were used as raw materials,and KOH(0.2-0.8 mol/L)was used as the pretreatment reagent.Vegetable straws with KOH solid-state pretreatment were used in a mesophilic batch anaerobic digestion experiment.The results showed that KOH pretreatment could significantly increase the cumulative methane yields of vegetable straws(p<0.05),and with increasing concentration of KOH,the cumulative methane yields improved gradually.It was found that 0.6 mol/L KOH was the most economical and suitable pretreatment reagent.The cumulative methane yields of cucumber straw,tomato straw,eggplant straw and pepper straw with 0.6 mol/L KOH solid-state pretreatment were 203.08,183.62,166.05 and 120.56 mL/g,increasing 33.83%,38.74%,32.40%and 32.48%compared with the untreated groups,respectively.In addition,KOH pretreatment could effectively degrade the lignocellulose of vegetable straws,and the higher the KOH concentration,the higher the degradation rate.Among them,the degradation effect of hemicellulose was best,with degradation rate ranging from 7.17%to 44.64%.When the concentration of KOH exceeded 0.6 mol/L,the lignin could be effectively degraded,and the degradation rate was from 9.04%to 24.55%.Meanwhile,KOH solid-state pretreatment could improve the nutritional value of fermentation liquid,reduce the cost of recycling pretreatment reagents,and reduce environmental pollution.
