摘 要:为筛选植物生长调节剂用于菜心种子的丸粒化包衣,增强菜心对不良环境的抵御能力和苗期长势,拓展菜心种子丸粒化包衣的功能,提高菜心种子丸粒化包衣的应用性,测定α-萘乙酸、矮壮素、芸苔素内酯、活力碳80、复硝酚钠、吲哚丁酸、黄腐酸等7种植物生长调节剂对菜心种子发芽率、根长、株高和茎粗等指标的影响。结果表明,0.01 mg/kg的芸苔素内酯和2500 mg/kg的α-萘乙酸分别在丸粒化包衣后第9天和第15天的根长最长,且显著长于对照组;10 mg/kg的芸苔素内酯和1 mg/kg的复硝酚钠分别在丸粒化包衣后第9天和第15天的株高最高且显著高于对照组;0.01 mg/kg和1 mg/kg的芸苔素内酯在包衣后第9天的根长和株高都显著大于对照组。250 mg/kg的α-萘乙酸和5 mg/kg的矮壮素包衣后在第9天和第15天分别对根长和株高有显著的促进作用;10 mg/kg的复硝酚钠与5 mg/kg和50 mg/kg的吲哚丁酸单用和混用都对菜心的茎粗有显著的加粗作用。In order to increase the resistant ability to unfavorable environment and the growth in seeding stage,develop the function of seed pelltization of choy sum,improve the application of seed pelltization,the right plant growth regulators used for seed pelltization of choy sum were screened.The effection of alphha-naphthylacetic acid,chlormequat,brassinolide,dynamic carbon 80,sodium nitrophenolate,indelebutyric acid,fulvic acid,the mixture of sodium nitrophenolate and indelebutyric acid to the germination percentage,root length,plant height,stem diameter of choy sum were tested in laboratory.The results showed that the root lengths of treatment with 0.01 mg/kg brassinolide and 2500 mg/kgα-naphthaleneacetic acid were the longest and significantly longer than those of the control group on the 9 th and 15 th days after pelleting and coating,respectively;Treatment with 10 mg/kg brassinolide and 1 mg/kg sodium nitrophenolate had the highest plant heights on the 9th and 15 th days after pelleting and coating,respectively,and were significantly higher than those of the control group;Treatment with 0.01 and 1 mg/kg brassinolide,both root length and plant height were significantly greater than those of the control group on day 9 after coating.Treatment with 250 mg/kg ofα-naphthalene acetic acid and 5 mg/kg of chlorophyll had significant promoting effects on root length and plant height on the 9th and 15 th day,respectively;Treatment with 10 mg/kg of sodium nitrophenolate and both 5 and 50 mg/kg of indole butyric acid had a significant thickening effect on the stem diameter of choy sum.
