摘 要:利用优良欧洲硬粒种质改良旅大红骨种质资源,采用NCⅡ遗传交配设计,对优良后代宜机收关键性状进行配合力和杂种优势分析。结果表明,改良丹698和丹黄34机收综合性状最好,SP-698×PH 6 WC、SP-698×C 8605-2、SP-698×M 54、AP-D 34×PH 6 WC、AP-D 34×M 54配合力好,形成强杂优模式,机收关键性状抗倒性得到显著提高,是适宜机收的杂交组合。Using excellent European durum germplasm to improve lvdahonggu resources,through the design of NCⅡgenetic breeding,the combining ability and heterosis analysis were carried out for harvesting traits of improved generations.The results showed that improved Dan-698 and Dan-Huang 34 had the best comprehensive mechanical harvesting characters,and the combined ability of SP-698 to PH 6 WC,SP-698 to C 8605-2,SP-698 to M 54,AP-D 34 to PH 6 WC and AP-D 34 to M 54 was better,forming a strong hetero-superior pattern,and the resistance of key characters at rice seedling level was significantly increased,which was a hybrid combination suitable for mechanical harvesting.
