摘 要:为实现能源结构优化与转型,中国提出了低排放、节能、可持续发展的能源革命战略。针对当前高耗能、高排放、高污染的燃煤电厂,综合评估了燃煤电厂的排放特性及其污染物处理成本,以燃煤规划设计为上层模型,以发电市场出清为下层模型,构建了考虑排放特性的燃煤电厂低碳节能规划模型。实际案例分析验证了所提模型的有效性和可行性。For the optimization and transformation of the energy structure,China has put forward an energy revolution strategy of low emission,energy saving and sustainable development.Aiming at the current coal-fired power plants with high energy consumption,high emission and high pollution,this paper comprehensively evaluated the emission characteristics and the cost of pollutant treatment of coal-fired power plants.Taking coal-fired planning and design as the upper model and the power generation market clearing as the lower layer,it constructed a low-carbon and energy-saving two-layer planning model for coal-fired power plants considering the emission characteristics.The actual case analysis verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed model.
