摘 要:在煤矿深井开采过程中会产生大量有毒有害气体,需要及时地更新煤矿井下空气,而主扇是煤矿通风的主要动力来源,保证矿井主扇的安全高效运行对于煤矿开采具有十分重要的意义。为了响应国家节能减排和矿井智能化建设的号召,许多煤矿在主扇控制系统中使用了变频器。变频器主要通过电子元件改变电源的频率,以实现对电机运行状态的控制。介绍了基于变频器的主扇控制系统,重点分析了变频器在煤矿主扇通风系统运行中的作用,即提高了主扇运行的稳定性、降低了主扇运行的故障率、实现了主扇的节能运行和为主扇的智能化控制提供了基础,可以为煤矿主扇通风系统的变频改造提供一定的技术参考。Many toxic and harmful gases could be produced in the process of deep mining of coal mines.It is necessary to update the underground air of coal mines in a timely manner.The main fan is the main source of power for coal mine ventilation.It is very important to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the main fan of mines for coal mining.In response to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction and mine intelligent construction,many coal mines use frequency converters in the main fan control system.The frequency converter mainly changes the frequency of the power supply by electronic components to control the running state of the motor.This paper introduced the main fan control system based on frequency converter,and mainly analyzed the function of frequency converter in the operation of the main fan ventilation system of coal mines,that is,it can improve the stability of the main fan operation,reduce the failure rate of the main fan operation,realize the energy-saving operation of the main fan and provide the basis for the intelligent control of the main fan.It can provide certain technical reference for the frequency conversion transformation of the main fan ventilation system of coal mines.
