摘 要:自20世纪末以来,中国科技快速发展,使得煤矿井下机电设备的现代化水平不断提高,特别是将监测监控技术运用于机电设备中,能够有效保障井下施工人员的生命安全和设备的使用寿命,进而提升开采效率,这在煤炭开采技术的发展历程中具有重要的意义。前期调查表明,目前煤矿开采的过程中仍存在着许多安全隐患,如瓦斯浓度过高、设备发生故障等,对施工人员的生命安全造成威胁。而监测监控技术的引入能够排除大多数安全隐患,保障安全生产。在实际生产过程中,监测监控技术所占据的地位越来越重要,利用先进的监测监控技术能够第一时间发现煤炭开采过程中无法观察到的一些问题,提前做好预防,保障施工安全。主要对监测监控技术在煤矿安全生产过程中的应用进行了相关的讨论与分析,期望能够更好地发挥监测监控技术的优势,推进煤炭行业的安全生产。Since the end of the 20th century,the rapid development of science and technology in China has made the modernization level of electromechanical equipment in coal mines continuously improved.In particular,the application of monitoring and control technology to electromechanical equipment can effectively ensure the safety of underground construction workers and the service life of equipment,and then improve the mining efficiency,which is of great significance in the development of coal mining technology.Preliminary investigations show that there are still many safety hazards in the current coal mining process,such as excessive gas concentration and equipment failure,which threaten the life safety of construction workers.The introduction of monitoring and control technology can eliminate most potential safety hazards and ensure safe production.In the actual production process,the monitoring and control technology occupies an increasingly important position.The use of advanced monitoring and control technology can detect some problems that cannot be observed in the coal mining process at the first time,and take precautions in advance to ensure construction safety.This paper mainly discussed and analyzed the application of monitoring and control technology in the process of safe production in coal mines,expecting to give better play to the advantages of monitoring and control technology to promote safe production in the coal industry.
