摘 要:为解决屋面网架与钢桁架施工存在先后互相制约的矛盾,创新性提出网架挂载重型钢桁架多次悬空拼装整体提升技术。将网架按垂直投影所在不同楼地面标高进行分块,钢桁架进行相应分段后在地面拼装。通过解决网架提升中精确控制悬空姿态,实现分块网架从低到高提升,挂载对应分段的钢桁架,并且分块网架在高处合龙,实现最终整体提升,避免大量支撑脚手架搭设,缩短工期,获得较大经济效益。In order to solve the contradiction between the construction of roof grid and steel truss,the integral lifting technology of multiple suspension assembly of heavy steel truss mounted on grid is proposed for the first time.The grid is divided into blocks according to the ground elevation of different buildings where the vertical projection is located,and the steel truss is assembled on the ground after corresponding segmentation.By accurately controlling the suspended altitude in the grid lifting,the block grid is lifted from low to high,with the corresponding steel truss mounted.By closing the block grid at high,the overall lifting process is completed.In this way,it avoids a large number of supporting scaffolding and shortens the construction period,thus obtaining greater economic benefits.
