摘 要:在北京丽泽E06项目中,介绍大截面厚板偏心式伸臂桁架在超高层建筑中的应用,阐述偏心桁架结构特点,分析研究核心筒偏心桁架安装难,解决偏心就位、高空厚板焊接、桁架与钢筋在节点处冲突碰撞严重等问题,探讨钢混节点深化和桁架结构对爬模爬升产生影响的现象。通过BIM深化、偏心桁架定位及稳定性控制、超高层厚板焊接、先铰后刚节点监测、偏心桁架层爬模施工技术及偏心桁架钢筋深化技术解决上述难题,在保证各项施工步骤顺利的前提下,节约工期、提高质量、降低施工成本,确保安装过程的科学性和合理性。This paper introduces the application of large section thick plate eccentric boom truss in Lize E06 Project of Beijing and expounds the structural characteristics of eccentric truss.It also analyzes the difficult installation of eccentric truss of core tube,eccentric positioning,high-altitude thick plate welding,serious conflict and collision between truss and reinforcement at the joint,the deepening of steel-concrete joint and the influence of truss structure on the climbing of climbing formwork.The abovementioned problems are solved through BIM deepening technology,eccentric truss positioning and stability control technology,super high-rise thick plate welding technology,hinge before rigid node monitoring technology,eccentric truss layer climbing formwork construction technology,and eccentric truss reinforcement deepening technology.The construction period is saved,the construction quality is improved,the construction cost is reduced,and the scientific and rational installation process are ensured on the premise of smooth construction of each step.
